French teacher resources
Everything here is free, printable or browser-based, and built around one thing: French verbs.
What this is, and what it isn't
Most French teaching resource sites try to cover everything — culture, history, topic vocabulary, exam skills — and end up thin on all of it. This one covers conjugation properly and does not pretend to cover anything else. If you need a lesson on the Revolution or a colours display, this is the wrong site. If you need students to stop guessing at nous prenons, everything below is for you.
Printable worksheets and answer keys
The worksheet library generates conjugation practice sheets with a matching answer key, filtered by CEFR level, tense, verb group or individual verb. Nothing is stored, so each press produces a different paper — useful for retakes, for neighbours, and for reusing the same assignment next year.
Reference tools your students can use alone
The conjugator gives any French verb across all fifteen tenses, which settles the questions students bring to you mid-exercise. The printable conjugation chart works as a wall display or a revision handout, and the past participle reference covers the auxiliary and agreement decisions that break the passé composé.
Sequencing by level and by exam
The CEFR verb lists set out which verbs and tenses belong at A1 through C2, which is the fastest way to sanity-check a scheme of work. For exam classes there are dedicated pages for DELF, AP French, GCSE, A-Level and TEF Canada.
For between your lessons
Worksheets cover the assignment. What they cannot do is mark themselves or adapt to each student's errors. The Bonjour Verbs app handles that part: typed-answer practice, step-by-step correction on every mistake, per-tense mastery, and spaced repetition over each student's own weak spots. Class access is discounted, either bought for the group or shared as a student discount code.
Fragen von Lehrkräften
Are these French teaching resources free?
The worksheets, conjugator, charts, verb lists, exam guides and browser practice are all free and need no account. The app has a paid tier, and classes get a discount.
Can I use these resources in my classroom and share them with students?
Yes. Print, photocopy and share the worksheets with your class freely, and link students to any page on the site.
Do you have resources for French culture or topic vocabulary?
No. This site is deliberately limited to verb conjugation. We would rather do one thing thoroughly than publish shallow material outside it.
